Merrion held its first social event on the year on Saturday 12th February. It was a dinner for members and guests hosted by three club chefs – Jon Light, Harry Bhoja and Paddy Byrne. In the end there was a full attendance of 40 persons an day all accounts a very enjoyable evening was had by all.
It is hoped that this will be the first in a series of monthly social events based around occasions of good food and wine. Watch out for the next event and thanks again to our Chefs.
