Alan Little has released the second edition of the history of Merrion which he wrote with the late Danny Parkinson. The new edition brings the history up to 2010 and corrects some factual errors in the first edition. There are also a lot more photographs.
The good news is that it can be obtained directly on Amazon – either in print book form or to read on your Kindle. The latter is very generously priced at £1.50 and the former at £23. Good value whichever way you look at it.
So if you are interested in the history of Merrion no better place to find it than in this fascinating and amusing book. One of the best club histories around.
