Dublin RDS Horseshow 2026
Anyone wishing to stay in Merrion over the week of the RDS Horseshow, or to park a truck, horsebox or other vehicle on the ground, must book in advance and pay online.
Priority is given to those who intend to stay for the week. At the end of June we will review the available space and if possible will open up for those who are only staying for three nights. We do not take advance bookings for those staying less than three nights. We do not take persons sleeping in tents.
All vehicles are parked at the risk of the owner, Merrion CC does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur while vehicles are parked on the premises.
Merrion CC is not responsible for the weather. In the event of severe bad weather, we may be forced to close the grounds for all or part of the event. If you are affected by that , a refund will be made to your account for the equivalent amount you are due less a 5% financing charge.
Cancellation Policy
We appreciate that stuff happens and it may be necessary to cancel your booking. payment refund will be made for any bookings cancelled before 1st June less a financing charge of 5%. If a booking is cancelled between the 1st June and the 31st July a cancellation fee of 25% will be charged. There will be no refunds for any cancellations on or after 1st August. Bookings are non-transferable.
Electricity Connections
We have limited facilities available for connection to electricity. If you are purchasing electricity connections, please ensure that you have a cert of compliance available for your vehicle for inspection by Ground Staff. Merrion cannot connect a vehicle to the club’s electricity system unless there is a valid electricity certificate.
Please leave your ticket on your dashboard while in the Merrion Cricket Club so that we can verify your ticket when necessary. All vehicles are scanned to verify payment against your car registration number.
