The Senior Averages include matches played in the Premier League and the Leinster Senior Cup. In all 17 players played in a senior match in 2024, a relatively small number compared to previous years. This showed that Merrion had a tight squad of players this year.
The qualification for the batting average is set at 250 runs and for the bowling at 10 wickets. The all rounder threshold is set at 500 points [20*wickets / wk dismissals]
Swapnil Modgill tops both the batting and the all-rounder averages. Melvin Devaraj the bowling averages. Sam Harbinson and Modgill shared the top catches in the field with 7 each.
