Batting first The Hills made what looked like a very competitive score of 156/5 off their 20 overs. But Merrion made short work of the response with half centuries from Bella Armstrong [54 from 43 balls] on her debut for Merrion and Rebecca Stockall [61 off 43 balls].
Merrion won by eight wickets and took 24 of the 25 points on offer.
